This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you access or use binancekillers.com, our Telegram channels, bots, AI tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Data Controller and Contact

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Binance Killers® operated by Swissbull Group - FZCO, a free zone company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Providing this information is voluntary, but certain features may not be available without it.

Binance Killers®:

Does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials
Does not have access to full payment details
Receives only limited transaction confirmation data required to grant access

All payment data is handled directly by the payment provider and governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. AI Tools & Automation Data

Certain Services may include AI-based tools (including Signalize AI and News AI) or third-party integrations.

You acknowledge that:

Inputs and outputs may be processed to deliver the requested functionality
AI tools may generate probabilistic or incomplete outputs
AI features do not constitute decision-making or financial advice

We do not train AI models using personally identifiable user data unless explicitly disclosed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We share limited personal data only with trusted service providers (“subprocessors”) that process data on our behalf and under contract, with platforms required to operate the Services (for example, Telegram), and with legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Subprocessors

We currently rely on the following subprocessors for the marketing funnel and related Services. Each is bound by contract to process personal data only on our instructions and may use its own sub-processors to deliver its service:

We may engage additional subprocessors as the Services evolve and will update this list accordingly. Where a change introduces materially new processing of your personal data, we will provide notice and, where legally required, seek your renewed consent.

Meta (Facebook)

We use Meta advertising technologies to measure and improve our campaigns:

Conversions API (server-side): where we send event data to Meta, email addresses and other identifiers are hashed using SHA-256 before transmission. We never send plaintext email addresses or identifiers to Meta.
Meta Pixel (client-side): the Pixel is part of the Marketing cookie category. It is off by default and loads only after you opt in to marketing cookies. If you do not consent, the Pixel does not fire.

8. International Data Transfers

Our subprocessors operate in the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data protection standards.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms, to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data Retention and Anonymization

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide and operate the Services, maintain account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

For marketing leads, our retention model will operate as follows once launched:

Personal data associated with a lead will be retained for up to 24 months after unsubscribe, after which it will be anonymized by an automated routine (private.anonymize_lead) that scrubs personal identifiers, including IP address and user-agent.
Consent records will be retained on an append-only basis as proof of the consent given, even after the associated personal data has been anonymized.

This automated retention and anonymization process will take effect once the scheduled retention job is enabled in our production environment. When data is no longer required and is not subject to a legal retention obligation, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

Secure servers
Access controls
Limited internal access
Encryption where appropriate

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that online data transmission carries inherent risks.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Marketing email is opt-in. We collect your consent through a checkbox that is unchecked by default, and we record the exact wording shown to you at the time you consent as part of our consent log. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “How to opt out” below). We do not operate a double opt-in confirmation step.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Because we transmit hashed email identifiers to Meta for advertising measurement, this activity may be considered “sharing” under the CPRA, and you can opt out of it as described below.

How to opt out

At present we offer the following manual opt-out channels (there is no self-service rights portal yet):

Turn off the Marketing cookie category using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, and
Email [email protected] to request opt-out of marketing communications or of hashed-identifier sharing with Meta.

12. International Users

Binance Killers® operates globally. By using the Services, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in jurisdictions that may have different data protection standards than your own.

13. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or tools (e.g., Telegram, payment providers).

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. You should review their policies independently.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
